Auditing Suppliers

Auditing suppliers' manufacturing unit.
Provide CAP to individual business unit.
Raise CAP for suppliers.
Provide assistance to suppliers/factory to implement the CAP and to get rid of from compliance vulnerability.
Assist suppliers' factory to get the certificate for SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, ISO, C-TPAT, Environmental Sustainability.
Communicate with buyer for compliance update time to time.
Maintain customer account with buyer's web site.
Maintain customer account for WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX web site and update as required.
Audit plan for the team.
Work as a bridge between buyers and suppliers for compliance issue.
Handling auditors in factory.
Communicate with third party auditor's for updating suppliers' CAP.
Cooperate merchandising team for selecting factory.
Follow up and conduct sudden visit to factory to make sure that whether they are maintaining compliance issue.
Two ensure fire safety, health and safety through QC sms alert.
To check QC fire safety checklist and follow up regularly.
To maintain individual audit report and factory status through file and MIS software.
Providing necessary training to factory.
Making policy and policy when required.
Design and organize training to supplier's compliance/hr people on compliance and local law.
